The role requires BCBA certification, a Master’s in ABA, strong organizational skills, and Spanish language fluency. This full-time telehealth position supports families nationwide with a pay rate of $80/hr.

• BCBA certification in good standing.
• Master’s degree in ABA or a related discipline.
• Exceptional organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Spanish speaking required.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct FBAs and design evidence-based BIPs.
• Supervise and mentor technicians to deliver high-quality services.
• Monitor client progress through data collection and analysis.
• Partner with caregivers to align therapy goals with family needs.
• Ensure thorough documentation of services and outcomes.
