Job summary

Kid Clan Services, Inc. seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to design and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans for clients with autism and other developmental disabilities.

You will collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams to promote meaningful outcomes and ensure high-quality services. As a BCBA you will supervise behavior technicians, train staff, and deliver direct intervention as needed while maintaining thorough documentation and regulatory

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis.
• BCBA certification in good standing.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Strong ethics, professionalism, and confidentiality.
• Ability to work independently and manage time in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial assessments and develop BIPs based on ABA principles.
• Design and monitor data collection to analyze progress and adjust interventions.
• Provide supervision and training to behavior technicians; model techniques and give feedback.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, educators, and professionals to set goals across home, school, and community.
• Deliver direct intervention services as needed, including therapy sessions and teaching functional skills.
• Maintain accurate documentation of progress, plans, and required paperwork in compliance with standards.
