Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet customers by identifying interests and needs; take and process orders.
• Prepare and sell coffee and espresso beverages according to recipes.
• Explain differences in coffee beans, brewing methods, and equipment.
• Maintain coffee inventories and keep the bar area stocked and clean.
• Assist with delivery requests and ensure orders are accurate.
• Operate equipment safely and report any needed repairs to management.
• Uphold LaMar’s hospitality standards and provide outstanding service.
