Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical support contact for corporate banking clients across Latin America, particularly Portuguese-speaking clients in Brazil.
• Provide technical assistance, troubleshooting, and guidance related to electronic banking platforms, including CashPro.
• Review, analyze, and resolve client inquiries involving treasury management, cash management, card services, and depository products.
• Assist clients with platform functionality, system access, and technical banking inquiries.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships by delivering responsive, professional, and solution-oriented support.
• Collaborate with internal partners and technology teams to investigate and resolve complex technical issues.
• Identify recurring issues, evaluate potential solutions, and escalate when necessary.
• Educate clients on banking technology, system capabilities, and platform processes.
• Manage multiple client requests with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Maintain accurate documentation of client interactions, issues, and resolutions.
