Qualifications

• Bachelor's or advanced degree required.
• Fluency in Portuguese (speaking, reading, writing).
• Experience in financial services preferred but not required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
• Understanding of stocks, options, futures, FX, and fixed income.

Responsibilities

• Resolve routine and complex client service issues promptly and courteously.
• Handle inquiries about IBKR Trader Workstation, Web Trader, and Mobile Trader.
• Explain product availability, account actions, and margin calculations.
• Coordinate with local and international teams on common issues.
• Follow scripts and adapt as needed to assist clients.
