Job summary

Our client is seeking a bilingual Billing & Collections Analyst based in Brazil to own invoicing, collections, and reconciliation. You will turn data from the company's systems into accurate invoices and ensure timely payments, communicating with clients and the US team in English.

The role requires fluent Portuguese and English, experience with invoicing and collections, and hands-on accounting software. Proficiency with Xero is preferred; QuickBooks experience is also considered.

Qualifications

• Fluent Portuguese and English, written and spoken.
• Experience creating invoices from company systems.
• Experience with collections and payment reconciliation.
• Hands-on experience with accounting software.

Responsibilities

• Create and issue invoices from the company's internal systems
• Manage collections and follow up on outstanding payments
• Reconcile payments received against issued invoices
• Keep billing records accurate and up to date in the accounting software (Xero)
• Communicate with clients and the US team in English
