Job summary

U.S. Bank is hiring a Client Relationship Consultant in the Kansas City area to build relationships with customers across in-person, by appointment, and digital channels, delivering trusted financial guidance with a digital-first mindset.

You will assess banking needs, open consumer and business accounts, explain deposit and loan products, and promote self-service digital tools while ensuring accurate, compliant service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Typically has a minimum three to four years of job-related, retail banking experience or a combination of experience and commensurate training.
• Bilingual ability to read, write, and speak in business-level proficiency of Spanish language and English.

Responsibilities

• Builds and fosters relationships with clients through proactive outreach and follow up.
• Identifies solutions for new and existing clients based on their needs by effectively engaging and communicating with clients.
• Maintains a working knowledge of consumer and business banking products and services including digital products and services.
