Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent requirement.
• Typically 3–4 years retail banking experience or equivalent training.
• Bilingual reading/writing/speaking in Spanish and English required.

Responsabilidades

• Build relationships with customers across channels: in-person, by appointment, and virtually.
• Explain deposit and loan products and educate clients on digital tools.
• Open new consumer and business accounts and assist with credit applications.
• Provide accurate information and refer to digital services to meet needs.
