You’ll provide sound advice and support across spending, saving, borrowing, and investing while guiding clients to digital banking options on our app and ATMs.

Strong communication and problem-solving skills, plus Spanish bilingual ability, are essential for success.

Qualifications

• High School degree or GED required.
• Bilingual in Spanish.
• 2 years of sales and customer service experience, demonstrating an ability to meet or exceed goals.
• Ability to effectively ask questions and identify needs to improve the customer relationship.
• Proven success with building relationships, and recommending and referring products and services through in-person and phone interactions.
• Demonstrated skills in using digital technology to support the delivery of business goals.
• Aptitude to problem solve and provide solutions to customer issues.
• Recognized ability to strengthen relationships with teammates, business partners and specialists through collaboration.
• Self-motivated, confident and ability to multitask effectively.
• Ability to work branch hours, which can include weekends and evenings.
• Meet and comply with all requirements set forth in the SAFE Act, including, but not limited to successful completion of the pre-employment screening checks and obtaining an unique identifier from the NMLS.
• Qualified candidates must complete a video interview assessment after applying as the next step, to be completed within 7 days of receiving the link. Responsibilities

• Provide recommendations and assist customers with financial solutions, supporting spending, saving, borrowing and investing needs.
• Get to know customers’ personal financial goals and recommend tailored solutions to help achieve them.
• Introduce customers to digital and mobile-first ways to handle banking transactions, like our app or ATMs.
• Collaborate with Wealth Management, Mortgage and Business Banking to help customers with more complex financial needs.
• Make outbound calls to acquire new customers and schedule financial checkup appointments.
