• Educate clients on day-to-day banking and digital tools like Chase Mobile App and Chase.com.
• Build meaningful relationships by listening, asking questions, and sharing product knowledge to help clients achieve financial goals.
• Perform branch operations including cash handling and ATM-related tasks in line with bank policies.
