Qualifications

• High School degree or GED required.
• Bilingual in Cantonese or Mandarin.
• Prior Banking experience required.
• 2 years of sales and customer service experience, demonstrating an ability to meet or exceed goals.
• Ability to effectively ask questions and identify needs to improve the customer relationship.
• Proven success with building relationships, and recommending and referring products and services through in-person and phone interactions.
• Demonstrated skills in using digital technology to support the delivery of business goals.
• Aptitude to problem solve and provide solutions to customer issues.
• Recognized ability to strengthen relationships with teammates, business partners and specialists through collaboration.
• Self-motivated, confident and ability to multitask effectively.
• Ability to work branch hours, including weekends and evenings.
• Meet and comply with all requirements set forth in the SAFE Act, including successful completion of the pre-employment checks and obtaining a unique identifier from the NMLS.
• Preferred: 1 year cash handling experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide recommendations and assist customers with financial solutions across spending, saving, borrowing and investing needs.
• Help customers identify personal financial goals and tailor solutions to achieve them (future planning, buying a home, credit cards).
• Introduce customers to digital and mobile-first banking tools (app, ATMs).
• Collaborate with Wealth Management, Mortgage and Business Banking to address more complex needs.
• Make outbound calls to acquire new customers and schedule financial checkups.
