Job summary

BMO Financial Group is seeking a lobby leader in Castro Valley to deliver personal banking guidance and drive customer satisfaction. You will welcome customers, explore their needs, and steer them toward suitable banking channels and services.

You're expected to collaborate across branches and partners, handle complex tasks, and maintain compliance while contributing to branch performance and customer experience. Bilingual English/Cantonese/Mandarin is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in a consultative customer service or sales role.
• Basic knowledge of specialized sales and business banking solutions.
