Citizens Bank is hiring a branch banker to serve customers with trusted financial guidance and tailored solutions. You’ll help clients plan spending, saving, borrowing and investing, using the bank’s digital channels for convenient transactions.

The role centers on relationship-building, outbound outreach, and collaborating with Wealth Management and Mortgage teams. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential, along with a willingness to work varied branch hours, including

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• Bilingual in Spanish is required.
• 2 years of sales and customer service experience with ability to meet/exceed goals.
• Ability to ask questions and identify customer needs.
• Proven ability to build relationships and refer products/services.
• Comfort with using digital tech to support business goals.
• Strong problem-solving skills for customer issues.
• Ability to collaborate with teammates, partners, and specialists.
• Self-motivated with ability to multitask.
• Ability to work branch hours, including weekends/evenings.
• Must meet SAFE Act requirements and pre-employment screening.

Responsibilities

• Provide financial guidance and solutions to customers.
• Support spending, saving, borrowing, and investing needs.
• Introduce digital channels (app, ATMs) for transactions.
• Collaborate with Wealth Management, Mortgage, and Business Banking teams.
• Make outbound calls to acquire new customers and schedule checkups.
• Follow all financial policies and cash handling procedures.
