Job summary

Performance Toyota Fairfield is seeking a bilingual automotive salesperson to join a dynamic, award-winning team. You will assist English- and Spanish-speaking customers through the purchase process, providing exceptional service and building lasting relationships.

Leverage product knowledge to recommend Toyota vehicles, guide test drives, financing, and closing deals, while contributing to a collaborative environment and ongoing training opportunities.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written).
• Prior automotive sales experience preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation abilities.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• Drug-free workplace policy.
