Performance Toyota Fairfield is seeking a bilingual Automotive Salesperson to assist customers in English and Spanish throughout the vehicle purchase process. You will provide exceptional service, build lasting relationships, and guide buyers through test drives, financing options, and closing sales.

The role emphasizes strong communication, a customer-centric approach, and knowledge of Toyota models and promotions.

Qualifications

• Fluent in both English and Spanish (spoken and written).
• Previous automotive sales experience preferred, but not required.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Driven, goal-oriented, and willing to learn.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Performance Toyota is a drug-free workplace.
