VanDevere Auto Group is seeking a Bilingual Sales Executive in Akron to help customers purchase new and used vehicles while providing service in English and Spanish. The team is growth-minded, customer-oriented, and values a friendly, dependable approach.

You will handle inbound/outbound calls, greet guests, conduct vehicle demonstrations, and guide customers through paperwork, with ongoing training and development and a strong compensation plan.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish required or highly preferred.

• Act professionally and be friendly with everyone including your team and customers.

We are looking for a Bilingual Sales Executive who helps customers purchase new and used vehicles while providing service in two languages(English to Spanish). The Vandevere Automotive Family is Akron's largest auto dealer group with five locations, 4 major brands, and over 400 employees. Responsibilities:

Daily phone calls-following up with existing customers and setting appointments for new or existing customers.

Greet guests and address their automotive needs and goals.

Test drive vehicles with guests highlighting the features and benefits of each.

Facilitate the completion of all related paperwork.

Engage in educational content through training videos.

Remain knowledgeable of product inventory.

Work independently while also being able to team up with co-workers to ensure thorough customer service.

Act professionally and be friendly with everyone including your team and customers.
