VanDevere Auto Group is seeking a Bilingual Sales Executive in Akron to help customers purchase new and used vehicles while providing service in English and Spanish. The team is growth-minded, customer-oriented, and values a friendly, dependable approach.

You will handle inbound/outbound calls, greet guests, conduct vehicle demonstrations, and guide customers through paperwork, with ongoing training and development and a strong compensation plan.

Qualificações

• Bilingual in English and Spanish required or highly preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Daily phone calls, follow up with existing customers and set appointments.
• Greet guests and address their automotive needs and goals.
• Test drive vehicles with guests highlighting features and benefits.
• Facilitate the completion of all related paperwork.
• Engage in educational content through training videos.
• Remain knowledgeable of product inventory.
• Work independently while also collaborating with coworkers to ensure thorough customer service.
• Act professionally and be friendly with everyone including your team and customers.
