Job summary

Vandevere Automotive Family in Akron, OH seeks go-getters to build and manage our business and clientele while supporting an all-star team. This role centers on customer-oriented service, smooth follow-ups, and sales interactions, with a generous pay plan and ongoing development.

Responsibilities include welcoming guests, conducting test drives, and handling paperwork, with bonuses and incentives, medical benefits, 401(k) matching, and profit sharing.

Responsibilities

• Daily phone calls—following up with existing customers and setting appointments for new or existing customers.
• Greet guests and address their automotive needs and goals.
• Test drive vehicles with guests highlighting the features and benefits of each.
• Facilitate the completion of all related paperwork.
• Engage in educational content through training videos.
• Remain knowledgeable of product inventory.
• Work independently while also collaborating with teammates to ensure thorough customer service.
• Act professionally and be friendly with everyone including your team and customers.

Expected Total Compensation $60,000-$100,000, with Top Performer earning $150,000
