Qualificações

• Experience in automotive or retail sales including outbound calling and B2B sales.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills with customer focus.
• Excellent communication; multilingual abilities a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce vehicle options, financing solutions, and dealership services.
• Qualify leads by assessing customer needs and matching them with suitable vehicles or offers.
• Build strong relationships with potential customers through effective communication and personalized service.
• Upsell additional products such as extended warranties, service packages, or financing options to maximize sales opportunities.
• Maintain an organized sales pipeline within CRM to track interactions and follow-ups.
• Collaborate with the sales team to support inventory management and ensure seamless deal closing processes.
• Follow up with previous inquiries to nurture leads and achieve sales targets consistently.
