Qualifications

• Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences.
• Must multitask and provide friendly, professional service in-store and on the phone.
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired).

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with merchandise selection.
• Support managers and installers with professional customers.
• Handle cash, credit transactions, exchanges, and returns per policy.
• Answer store calls, lookup parts and quotes, and upsell related items.
• Maintain accuracy of cash drawer and security.
• Assist with stocking, planograms, and store cleanliness.
• Perform in-store services (battery tests, wiper installs) per training.
• Occasionally drive a delivery vehicle as needed.
