LKQ Corporation is seeking a motivated Sales/Customer Service associate at our Atlanta location. You will promote sales, assist customers with parts, pricing, and services, and support order processing from entry to dispatch.

The role emphasizes building relationships, accurate data handling, and timely communication on pricing and delivery. Prior automotive experience and bilingual ability are valued in this on-site role in Atlanta.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year of related experience required.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide information on warranties, price, parts quality, delivery times, and payment methods.
• Complete internal documents supporting transactions (credits, invoices, work orders, returns).
• Prospect and develop relationships with potential customers to cultivate new business.
• Inform customers of unit prices, shipping dates, delays, and additional information as needed.
• Advise customers on substitution or modification of parts when unavailable.
• Process orders – entry, verify pricing, quantities, and shipping data; dispatch when required.
