Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with 1+ year related experience.
• College coursework or degree preferred.
• Prior automotive experience and knowledge of automotive parts.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide numbers.

Responsibilities

• Generate revenue by promoting sales of parts and services.
• Provide customer service and answer questions about parts, pricing, and services.
• Process orders and review handling instructions, pricing, quantities, and shipping data.
• Prospect for new business and develop relationships with potential customers.
• Follow up with customers to support service and order completion.
