O’Reilly Auto Parts is seeking an Installer Service Specialist to support professional customers at the installer counter and to oversee the daily activity of the delivery staff. You will build sales relationships with installers and ensure accurate, timely order deliveries.

Responsibilities include taking orders by phone and online, invoicing, directing parts for delivery, and ensuring vehicle inspections are completed. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.

• Strong background in mechanics.
• Above average communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Develop sales relationships with installers/professional customers.
• Take and invoice customer orders over the phone and online; direct parts to delivery; route delivery specialists for timely orders.
• Ensure delivery vehicles are serviced and maintained per company standards.
• Complete daily vehicle inspections and record mileages.
• Assist Sales Specialists with service to professional customers.
• Verify all product/merchandise is billed before customers leave.
• Handle returns and credits for core and warranty items promptly.
• Assist on front and retail counters as needed.
• Support backroom duties: auto-loads, returns, stock, etc.
• Process customer labor claims quickly and efficiently.
