Qualifications

• Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences.
• Ability to provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service.
• Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time.
• ASE certification is preferred for advanced diagnostics and service.

Responsibilities

• Follow and promote all company customer service programs (Hi-5, Low Price Guarantee, etc.).
• Greet retail/walk-in customers and assist with merchandise selection.
• Assist managers and installer service specialists for professional customers.
• Complete required training relevant to the position.
• Answer store calls, look up parts, quote prices, and promote related items.
• Maintain and secure the cash drawer and process payments.
• Process exchanges and returns per policy.
• Address customer complaints in a friendly manner.
• Assist with planogram updates, stocking, and daily operational tasks.
• Operate test equipment after training as required.
• Provide in-store services (e.g., install wipers, test batteries).
• Occasionally drive a delivery vehicle when needed.
