Job summary

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a friendly manner and assist with merchandise selection.
• Assist professional customers and apply store programs and promotions.
• Process cash, checks, and credit transactions accurately.
• Handle exchanges/returns per policy and resolve complaints.
• Stock shelves, complete planograms, and maintain store appearance.
• Perform daily operational tasks and assist with inventory checks.
• Provide in-store services such as checking batteries or windshield wipers when trained.
• Assist with driving deliveries when needed and allowed by policy.
