Qualifications

• Ability to provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service.
• Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist them in selecting merchandise.
• Support managers and installers in servicing professional customers as needed.
• Process exchanges and returns for credit per company policy.
• Answer store calls, look up parts, quote prices, and promote the Low-Price Guarantee.
• Maintain cash drawer, process payments, and handle cash, checks, and cards.
• Perform daily store operations and stocking activities as directed.
• Assist with in-store services (wipers, batteries, lighting, diagnostics) where allowed by law.
• Occasionally drive a delivery vehicle when needed.
