Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with merchandise selection.
• Assist professional customers as needed.
• Answer store phone calls and lookup parts per policy.
• Process cash, checks, and credit transactions securely.
• Handle exchanges and returns per policy.
• Resolve customer complaints courteously.
• Stock shelves, implement planograms, and maintain store appearance.
• Perform daily store tasks including stock counts and shipments.
• Provide in-store services (e.g., wipers, battery tests) where allowed.
• Occasionally drive a delivery vehicle when needed.
• All other duties as assigned.
