Responsibilities include handling cash transactions, processing returns, and promoting company programs. Bilingual abilities (Spanish) are highly desired and training will be provided for store operations.

Qualifications

• Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences.
• Provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service.
• Must multitask handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time.
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish highly desired).

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with merchandise selection.
• Promote customer service programs and related selling.
• Handle cash, checks, and credit card transactions accurately.
• Process exchanges and returns per policy.
• Assist with stocking, planograms, and daily store tasks.
• Perform in-store services (where state/local laws allow).
