Job summary

O’Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a mechanically skilled associate to support professional customers and installers, handling orders by phone and online, invoicing, and coordinating parts delivery with the fleet team.

You will verify billing, manage core and warranty returns, and assist on the front counter while contributing to accurate, timely deliveries and stock control. Spanish language skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• Strong background in mechanics.
• Above-average communication skills.
• Hands-on knowledge of automotive repairs (desirable).
• ASE Certification (desired).
• Spanish language fluency highly desired.
• Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Develop sales relationships with installers and professional customers.
• Take orders by phone/online, invoice orders, pick and stage parts, and route delivery specialists.
• Ensure delivery vehicles are serviced and inspected; log mileage daily.
• Collaborate with Sales Specialists and Territory Managers to service customers.
• Verify product and merchandise billing before customers leave.
• Process core and warranty returns promptly and credit them.
• Audit returns for warranty abuse and label them correctly.
• Assist at front/back counters and with stockroom duties as needed.
• Handle customer labor claims efficiently.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
