O’Reilly Auto Parts seeks an experienced Installer Service Specialist to support professional customers at the installer counter. You will oversee delivery staff, process orders via phone and online, and ensure timely, accurate deliveries while maintaining vehicle service standards.

The role emphasizes strong mechanics background, clear communication, and knowledge of automotive repairs. Bilingual skills (Spanish) are highly valued, with opportunities for professional growth and a solid benefits

Qualifications

Strong background in mechanics.
Above average communication skills.
Hands-on knowledge of automotive repairs (desired).
ASE Certification (preferred).
Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish highly desired).

Responsibilities

Assist professional customers at installer counter and manage daily delivery coordination.
Oversee delivery staff to ensure accurate and timely orders.
Process orders by phone and online, invoice, pick and stage parts for delivery.
Ensure vehicle inspections are completed and mileage data is recorded correctly.
Collaborate with Sales Specialists to provide excellent service to professional customers.
Handle warranty parts, returns, and credit processing in a timely manner.
