O’Reilly Auto Parts is seeking an Installer Service Specialist to support professional customers at our store installer counter. You will oversee the delivery team, manage orders, and ensure timely, accurate deliveries while providing strong product knowledge and service.

The role emphasizes mechanics expertise, excellent communication, and hands-on automotive knowledge, with opportunities for growth and multilingual support being highly valued.

Qualifications

• Strong background in mechanics.
• Above-average communication skills.
• Hands-on knowledge of automotive repairs.
• ASE Certification.
• Fluency in Spanish is highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and direct the daily activity of the delivery specialist to ensure timely deliveries.
• Develop sales relationships with installers and professional customers.
• Take orders by phone and online, invoice orders, and route deliveries.
• Ensure vehicle inspections and maintenance per company standards.
• Assist on front or retail counters and support backroom duties as needed.
• Audit returns and ensure proper billing of warranty parts and cores.
• Process customer labor claims quickly and efficiently.
