Victory Automotive Group is seeking a bilingual Sales Consultant in San Leandro, CA to engage customers in Spanish and English, present new and used vehicles, and guide them through financing options. You will promote model features and value-added products while maintaining relationships for repeat business.

The ideal candidate has strong communication and a professional appearance, with a customer-service mindset and the ability to work with limited supervision.

Qualifications

• Bilingual (Spanish Speaking).
• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid and unrestricted driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Sales experience is a plus (any industry).
• Professional and dependable.
• Able to achieve goals with limited direct supervision.
• Safety and customer service oriented.
• Basic computer and internet skills.
• Outstanding communication skills.
• Professional appearance and work ethic.
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions.

Responsibilities

• Helps customer with vehicle selection and promotes model options and features, value-add products and services, and purchase and finance options following dealership policies.
• Conducts vehicle test drives and ensures all speed limits and other road rules are followed.
• Helps facilitate delivery by explaining vehicle features, operations, warranty, and servicing requirements.
• Maintains accurate sales documentation.
• Negotiates sale closure in a clear, concise, and ethical fashion.
• Keeps up-to-date knowledge of vehicles, accessories, financing options, and promotions.
• Attends staff meetings, trainings, and classes as required.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
