ACV Auctions is seeking an Account Manager to partner with automotive dealerships in targeted markets. You will work toward retaining and expanding a base of customers while collaborating with Field Sales to execute tailored strategies.

This role emphasizes proactive outreach across multiple channels to enhance adoption and revenue growth. You will monitor performance metrics, stay current on market trends, and provide creative solutions to meet customer needs in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, write, speak and understand English and Spanish.
• Self-motivated with intrinsic drive to meet sales targets.
• Excellent communication skills to build and maintain relationships with dealerships.
• Sales experience, preferably in automotive industry, with track record of retaining/growing customers.
• Customer-focused mindset to enhance buying/selling experiences.

• Strategic thinking to monitor account performance and identify upsell opportunities.
• Adaptability to changing market conditions and customer needs.

Responsibilities

• Actively support efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience.
• Develop understanding of ACV's dealer solutions and drive adoption among current customers.
• Meet and beat monthly and quarterly sales and retention goals.
• Collaborate with Field Sales to develop and execute market strategies.
• Build strong customer relationships via text, phone, email, and Slack in a fast-paced environment.
• Document all customer interactions in the CRM system.
• Identify customer needs and offer creative solutions to meet them.
• Provide ongoing sales support and present additional products/services.
• Stay informed about automotive market trends to guide buyers.
• Monitor account performance and identify additional product opportunities.
• Identify customers with gaps in activity and re-engage them on ACV platform.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
