Job summary

ACV Auctions seeks an Account Support Representative to work with car dealerships across the U.S. The role handles inbound calls and emails, resolving questions and guiding customers through ACV's solutions in a collaborative team setting.

Schedule is 9am-2pm Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday with Thursdays and Sundays off. The ideal candidate reads, writes and speaks English, has a High School Diploma and at least 1 year of admin or customer service experience, plus CRM experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1 year administrative or customer service experience.
• Fluent in English; Spanish a plus.
• Ability to work in a team and mentor others.

Responsibilities

• Receive inbound calls from ACV customers.
• Resolve customer inquiries using Salesforce and internal tools.
• Perform outbound calls as needed to resolve issues.
• Document activities in Salesforce.
• Provide pre- and post-sales support to ensure repeat business.
• Meet SLA goals for issue resolution.
• Collaborate with Titles, Payments, Transportation and Arbitration teams.
• Promote ACV offerings and features.
• Communicate with business owners and decision makers professionally.
• Aim to meet KPIs set by management.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
