If you are bilingual in Spanish, organized, and comfortable with computers and scheduling software, you will help keep the lobby welcoming and support a busy dealership team.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in Spanish is required and used daily with customers.
• Experience in customer service, preferably in auto dealership.
• Comfortable with computers and scheduling software.
• High school diploma or GED with training accepted.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in-person and over the phone with professionalism and a smile.
• Schedule appointments.
• Act as a liaison between customers and service advisors.
• Check up on customers in the showroom.
• Help keep the lobby organized and welcoming.
