Job summary

Charlie Clark Nissan Harlingen is seeking a friendly Customer Service Representative who greets customers in-person and over the phone, schedules appointments, and acts as a liaison between customers and service advisors.

If you are bilingual in Spanish, organized, and comfortable with computers and scheduling software, you will help keep the lobby welcoming and support a busy dealership team.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in Spanish is required and used daily with customers.
• Experience in customer service, preferably in auto dealership.
• Comfortable with computers and scheduling software.
• High school diploma or GED with training accepted.

Education/Experience

High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
