We’re looking for aCustomer Service Representativewho can be the friendly face and helpful voice of our busy dealership. If you’re organized, detail-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers in-person and over the phone with professionalism and a smile
• Schedule appointments
• Act as a liaison between customers and service advisors
• Check up on customers in the showroom
• Help keep the lobby, organized, and welcoming
• MONDAY-FRIDAY 7AM- 6PM; SATURDAY 7:00AM-5:00PM

Requirements:

• Bilingual in Spanish
• Strong communication and interpersonal skillsPrior experience in customer service (auto industry is a plus)
• Comfortable with computers, scheduling software, and multitasking

Education/Experience

High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
