Job summary

The Don Mealey Sport Auto Group in Central Florida seeks an experienced Service Advisor to join our Service team. Your main responsibility will be to assist customers as they arrive for service, gather vehicle data, and present accurate repair estimates with a friendly, honest approach.

Qualifications

• Follows the dress code and maintains a clean, neat work area.
• Follows federal, state and local law as well as company policy about safeguarding information.
• Punctual and reliable with regular attendance and HR training.

Responsibilities

• Schedules service appointments and gathers customer and vehicle data.
• Greet customers and listen to the vehicle issues for service repair.
• Provide accurate written cost estimates for labor and parts on service orders.
• Communicate with customers about changes to estimates or timelines and obtain proper authorization.
• Suggest appropriate services or repairs to address customer concerns and prevent future issues.
• Present a service menu of recommended maintenance services to every service customer.
• Document service history and ensure repair orders are complete, accurate, and legible.
• Coordinate with technicians and service managers to maintain workflow and customer satisfaction.
