Qualifications

• Experience as a service advisor in an automotive dealership.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Bilingual Spanish preferred or fluent in Spanish and English.

Responsibilities

• Schedule service appointments and collect customer and vehicle data.
• Greet customers and address inquiries in a friendly manner.
• Write up vehicle problems on repair orders and document changes.
• Provide accurate estimates for services and repairs requested.
• Explain repairs and costs to customers and obtain authorization.
• Address customer concerns professionally and maintain customer satisfaction.
• Assist in achieving service department sales objectives.
