Qualifikationen

• Previous automotive sales experience preferred.
• Commission-based or retail sales background encouraged to apply.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills required.

Aufgaben

• Welcome customers and guide them through the vehicle purchasing process.
• Build relationships through exceptional customer service.
• Identify needs and recommend suitable new or pre-owned vehicles.
• Conduct vehicle presentations and test drives.
• Explain features, financing options, warranties, and ownership benefits.
• Close sales professionally and negotiate terms.
• Maintain relationships for follow-up and repeat business.
• Use CRM to manage communications and sales opportunities.
• Stay current on inventory and automotive technology.
• Collaborate with sales managers, finance, and service teams.
