We offer salary, commission, unit bonus, and comprehensive training with a supportive BDC to assist with opportunities across Nissan, KIA, and our Used Car Department.

We value self-starters who can build relationships, demonstrate product knowledge, and work flexible hours including weekends.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales or customer service is preferred, with a focus on relationship-building.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Willingness to work flexible hours and weekends.
• Professional, well-groomed appearance and professional demeanor.
• Bilingual abilities are a plus for serving a diverse customer base.
• Self-motivation and the ability to learn new products and processes quickly.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships and create customers for life by asking questions and listening to needs.
• Know the product offerings, options, packages, and latest technology.
• Perform high-quality demonstrations of new/used vehicles.
• Follow up with buyers to encourage referrals and repeat business.
• Overcome objections and thrive in sales situations.
• Report to the Sales Manager on objectives and activities.
• Bring a positive attitude and energy every day.
