Job summary

O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Parts Specialist to provide excellent service to retail and installer customers. You will assist store management, handle transactions, and support daily operations. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.

The role includes promoting company programs, assisting with parts lookups, processing payments, returns, and helping with image maker and planogram updates. ASE certification is desirable but not required.

Qualifications

• Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences.
• Ability to provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service.
• Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist in selecting merchandise.
• Support store management and installers with tasks and services.
• Handle cash, payments, exchanges and returns per policy.
• Perform daily store operations and demonstrate in-store services (if applicable).
