Job summary

O’Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Parts Specialist to deliver high‑level service to retail and installer customers while supporting store management in daily tasks. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply and ASE certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences.
• Provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service.
• Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time.
• Fluency in Spanish is highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Greet retail/walk-in customers and assist with merchandise selection.
• Support managers and installer service specialists in serving professional customers.
• Handle cash drawer, process payments and issue receipts.
• Answer store calls, look up parts, quote prices and offer related items.
• Process exchanges and returns per company policies.
• Assist with stock updates, shelf replenishment and planogram compliance.
• Perform in-store services (e.g., install wipers, test batteries) where permitted.
• Occasionally drive a delivery vehicle when needed.
