Responsibilities

• Greet retail/walk-in customers and assist with merchandise selection.
• Support managers and installer service specialists with professional customers.
• Answer store phone calls per policy, lookup parts, quote prices, and promote low-price guarantees.
• Maintain cash drawer, process cash/credit payments, and issue receipts.
• Process exchanges/returns per policy and resolve customer complaints.
• Assist with daily image maker, planogram updates, stocking shelves, and cleaning.
• Perform in-store services as allowed by state/local laws (e.g., wipers, batteries tests).
• Occasionally drive a delivery vehicle when needed.
