Wilbert’s is seeking a Customer Service Representative (I) to welcome customers and help with part lookups at our Elma, NY location. You will answer inquiries, educate customers on Wilbert’s rules and policies, and process sales at the POS while handling cash and cards.

Bilingual ability is a plus. The role is full-time, 9am-5pm, reporting to the Customer Service Manager in Retail. Prior automotive industry familiarity helps, but training is provided.

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience or knowledge in the automotive industry.
• Bilingual ability is a plus.

Mansioni

• Welcome and greet customers and educate them on Wilbert’s rules and policies.
• Answer telephones to provide information about Wilbert’s and assist customers.
• Direct customers to parts, identify items, and process payments at the POS.
• Maintain a safe, clean workstation and enforce safety policies.
• Promote Wilbert’s family of businesses during in-person or phone interactions.
