Wilbert’s is seeking a Customer Service Representative (I) in Elma, NY. The role involves greeting customers, assisting with part identification, and processing purchases at the POS while upholding Wilbert’s rules and safety standards.

This full-time position emphasizes excellent customer service, accurate cash handling, and the use of software to locate parts. Bilingual skills are a plus and training is provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• 02. Experience or knowledge in the automotive industry is preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret safety and operation documents.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service in person and over the phone.
• Handle information, admission, and cashier services including explaining policies and procedures, identifying various automotive parts, and handling cash, store credit, and credit card transactions.
• Utilize software to assist customers to promote a positive part-pulling experience.
• Enforce Wilbert’s Rules and Policies regarding tools and belongings entering and exiting facilities.
• Maintain a clean and safe workstation in the indoor retail area.
