Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Reading and speaking Russian and English fluently is required.
• Customer service experience or comparable experience.
• Ability to quickly learn products, services and procedures.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients as they enter the branch.
• Exceed client expectations by providing account servicing and maintenance and opening new accounts.
• Educate clients on day-to-day banking and digital tools like Chase Mobile App.
• Build relationships by listening, asking questions, and collaborating with the team to achieve goals.
• Assist with branch operations and cash handling in compliance with policies.
