You will educate clients on Chase mobile and online banking, while processing accounts and maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements. Fluency in Spanish and English is required.

Qualifications

• Client service experience or comparable experience.
• Fluent reading and speaking of Spanish and English.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.

Responsabilités

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients, managing lobby flow with a tablet, and scheduling meetings.
• Provide account servicing, maintenance, and open new accounts while following policies and regulatory requirements.
• Educate clients on day-to-day banking and technology self-service options (mobile app, online banking, ATMs).
• Build relationships through active listening, empathy, and sharing product knowledge, partnering with branch team.
• Perform branch operations and assist with cash devices consistent with bank policies.
