You will be responsible for greeting clients, opening accounts, and guiding customers through digital tools while maintaining compliance with bank policies and ensuring a high standard of service.

Responsibilities

• Exceed client expectations by servicing accounts and opening new accounts while following policies.
• Educate clients on day-to-day banking and self-service options (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs).
• Build meaningful relationships by listening, asking questions, and sharing product knowledge.
• Perform branch operations and handle cash devices while adhering to bank policies.
