Qualifications

• Required: Sales Specialist Training, Assistant Manager Certification, RSS Certification.
• Desired: Certified Parts Professional Certification and ASE Certification.
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish highly desired).

Responsibilities

• Lead the store team members in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise the customer service levels on the retail showroom to include team member execution on customer service programs.
• Work with the store manager to ensure the retail sales counter is adequately staffed during peak hours.
• Assist the store manager in setting team member goals, coaching, and training.
• Assist in the hiring process by recruiting and interviewing candidates.
• Ensure all buy online/ship to store, hub and store-to-store transfers and DC add orders are processed promptly.
• Ensure merchandise is invoiced before it leaves the store and that returns are processed correctly.
• Ensure team compliance with company policies and clock-in/out procedures.
• Perform store opening/closing duties and security procedures.
